Integrating AI into Global Energy Investment Workflows Across 10 Countries

10x Impact Labs partnered with NEX to design and implement an organization-wide AI adoption strategy aimed at strengthening energy investment and decision-making processes across eight countries. Working closely with leadership and program teams, we assessed existing workflows, identified high-impact AI use cases, mapped operational bottlenecks, and developed a phased implementation roadmap. The engagement included process redesign, AI tool selection, governance recommendations, capacity building, and change management support to ensure sustainable adoption. As a result, NEX established a practical framework for embedding AI into core investment workflows, enabling faster analysis, improved decision-making, greater operational efficiency, and enhanced scalability across its global portfolio.
