We value authenticity over perfection. The process is designed for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. No black boxes.

We read every application, carefully.
Every resume and work sample is read by a human on the team. We look for alignment with our mission, the craft you bring, and the shape of the role you are applying for.
The full process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the role and scheduling.
Most of our hiring happens on LinkedIn. Keep an eye there for live roles. If you are genuinely looking to explore what we do, write to us directly. We hire for intent and alignment, not just resumes.
