LMS Evaluation for Video Volunteers

10x Impact Labs partnered with Video Volunteers to design, test, and launch StoryGuru, an AI-powered mentor chatbot that supports community correspondents working with marginalized communities across 10+ Indian states. Over a three-month engagement, our team led the chatbot’s user-centered design, testing, AI literacy training, and rollout strategy to ensure adoption among largely non-technical users. We collaborated closely with stakeholders to refine chatbot workflows, continuously improve the knowledge base through user feedback, and develop comprehensive training resources including demo videos, training decks, and facilitator guides. To drive adoption and product improvement, we established weekly analytics reporting, monitored user interactions, analyzed unsatisfactory responses, and implemented iterative enhancements to improve relevance and usability. We also explored integrations such as WhatsApp-based workflows and evaluated technology upgrades to strengthen response quality. The successful deployment of StoryGuru provided community correspondents with instant access to information, guidance, and story-generation support, helping improve productivity, strengthen local media production, and amplify the voices of underserved communities through more effective and accessible storytelling.
