FLN Programme and Product Dashboard

10x supported Key Education Foundation in designing and implementing a org-level dashboarding system for its Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) programmes & product. The engagement involved harmonising reporting structures and metrics across multiple implementation users (student data, parents data, school data, teachers data), designing data pipelines and automated reporting workflows, and building interactive dashboards with drill-down capabilities for programme, product and leadership teams. The system was designed not just as a reporting interface, but as a decision-support and portfolio intelligence layer to enable tracking of programme performance, operational indicators, implementation progress, and early warning signals across geographies and partners. Alongside the technology and dashboarding components, the engagement also involved close coordination with partner organisations on metric alignment, reporting standardisation, and implementation workflows.
