MEL Partner for EnPower: Education Platform for Youth

10x supported ENpower across two phases. Phase 1 included revising the organisational Theory of Change, creating programme-level ToC and logframe, auditing processes, designing survey tools, and developing a DPDP-aligned data privacy policy. In Phase 2, we digitized data collection, built user-friendly dashboards using Google Data Studio, set up secure data storage, and conducted staff training. The system enables real-time insights and ensures consistency, scalability, and informed decisions across ENpower’s programs.
