10x Impact Labs mentored two nonprofit organizations over a six-month journey to transform well-defined program challenges into practical, working data solutions. Through a structured process of problem discovery, user research, solution design, data strategy, prototyping, and testing, we helped organizations identify high-value use cases, validate assumptions, and design solutions grounded in operational realities. By combining product thinking, data expertise, MEL expertise and capacity building, the engagement enabled participating NGOs to move beyond ideas and fragmented data systems toward actionable, scalable solutions that strengthened decision-making, improved program effectiveness, and enhanced organizational data maturity.
