Jan Sahas : Improving Livelihoods and Earnings of Village Level Entrepreneurs [VLEs] in UP

We collaborated with Jan Sahas, a leading Indian organisation focused on migrants and excluded groups, on a 8-week Product Research Sprint to enhance the effectiveness and livelihoods of Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) and increase Government-to-Citizen service delivery. During this sprint, we identified and validated 10 problems, ideated 8 solutions, co-designed 2 of these solutions with users, built a prototype, and designed a pilot program. This effort led to one new potential investment decision for the organisation and provided valuable insights to improve an existing program..

Enable India: Enabling 100,000+ Rural Persons with Disabilities with Livelihood Opportunities

Over the past two years, Enable India’s Garv Se Program has positively impacted over 3,500 PwDs using a hub-and-spoke model. Our collaboration aims to scale the solution from its current 0->1 stage to 1->10 (to impact 100K), and eventually 10->100 (to impact 8 million) by transitioning from a centralised intervention system to a decentralised platform approach. Our long-term strategic partnership includes Product management, research, strategy, design, tech, data, and experimentation. Phase 1, now complete, involved user research and developing Version 1 of the new MEL platform.

Video Volunteers: Empowering Community Volunteers via AI-Powered FAQ ChatBot

To further Video Volunteers’ mission of empowering marginalised communities through locally owned and managed media production, we designed, tested and launched StoryGuru, an AI-powered FAQ ChatBot for their network of community correspondents. This tool aims to empower the community correspondents to amplify their impact by facilitating quick access to the information and creative ideas, thus boosting their productivity and quality of content creation. We also conducted AI literacy training sessions to demonstrate how a chatbot functions and equipped them with essential knowledge to extract the maximum value out of this tool.
